Getting involved in God's work is one of the most rewarding things in life. Want to get plugged into Gateway church? Wondering if there is a place to share your talents or enrich your Spiritual journey? Gateway is full of opportunities to become part of a loving, growing and thriving Christian family. Opportunities can be found around every corner and in many different ways for all ages.
Soul Survivor/PiAMAs
Older students (6th - 12th grade) can get involved in our youth group. The missions of Gateway's Youth Ministry, is to provide opportunities for students to experience spiritual growth, to connect with one another through fun-filled activities and equip students for ministry. The Soul Survivors/PiAMA Group is made up of a dynamic team of teenagers, committed to passionately worshiping our Lord both in praise and action. From community service projects and mission trips to an everyday care and concern for those around them.
LIFE Groups
Singles, young married and families find friendships and encouragement in Gateway's LIFE Groups. LIFE Groups are small groups who meet in several Gateway family's homes throughout the week with the purpose of building faith through study, prayer and support. If you want the best that Gateway has to offer join a LIFE Group.
KidsTown/Nursery/CBH
Our ministry to our precious children begins in the nursery all the way through elementary grades. Children's Bible Classes begin Sundays at 9:30 am with well-trained and qualified teachers and aides. Children's Bible Hour (CBH) provides age appropriate opportunities for children to learn about the Lord and His promises during the sermon portion of our worship celebration.
Adult Education
The Adult Ministry concerns itself with the spiritual health of Gateway adults. It provides Bible classes on various topics helping adults move toward spiritual maturity. Classes begin at 9:30 am on Sundays.
Missions
Gateway is involved in several missions works, from mission trips in Ghana, Africa to working with World Bible School and more. Gateway continues to be involved in countless works in the greater Phoenix community and across the globe.
Fellowship Ministry
Provides periodic community building activities for the entire church family.
Women's Ministry
Focuses on the needs of women by providing opportunities for service, classes and personal growth.
Men's Ministry
Men are always in process and this ministry addresses that by providing focused classes, projects and fellowship. The goal here is to help every man in the congregation grow as a servant/leader in Christ and at home.
Guest Relations
Gateway's Greeting Ministry is the first thing you experience when arriving for worship. We want to befriend those visiting as they explore if Gateway could be their spiritual family.
Hands of the Master
This ministry goes straight to the heart of the community. Helping the needs of our neighbors by cleaning yards up, serving meals at the Ronald McDonald House. When you or a friend have a need, let the office know (480-497-6125) and Hands of the Master will look into the need.
Audio/Visual Ministry
Provides expertise and coordination of audio/visual equipment for church activities and worship.
